Since Option One Mortgage is one of the most successful lending institutions in the country, it is no surprise to learn that its management team is one of the most dynamic in the industry.

President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Dubrish, who has been with the company since the beginning, when it was a wholly owned subsidiary of Plaza Home Mortgage. Today, even as the company has grown and changed over the past year. Mr. Dubrish still focuses on the core ideas of employee empowerment and customer satisfaction which have helped him, as well as, the overall company succeed. Mr. To this day, Dubrish’s vision for the company remains, as it has always been, “Doing non-prime right.”

Option One Mortgage also benefits from the talents and commitment of Chief Operating Officer Steve Nadon. Mr. Nadon has been in the business for over 25 years, and puts that impressive background to good use in the service of industry groups, such as the Coalition for Fair and Affordable Lending.

Chief Financial Officer for Option One Mortgage is Bill O’Neill. Mr. O’Neill has been with the company since 1994 and is an active part of the company’s efforts to assist the community with projects such as Habitat for Humanity.

Chief Administrative Officer John Vella is a more recent addition to the Option One Mortgage team, coming on board in 2002. Mr. Vella previously served as CEO/managing director of Household Auto Finance and as a director a Freddie Mac.
